General Style and Syntax doesn't appear neither on the TOC page nor on the TABLE OF CONTENTS dropdown tab.
Additionally, the breadcrumb reads "CodeIgniter Home › User Guide Home › Security"

Breadcrumb fixed, thanks. It's most certainly in the TOC and dropdown menu though, "PHP Style Guide" under "General Topics"

OK Derek, the TOC thing was an issue with my browser cache.
