i have found codelabster which has plugin for CI developing but after 30 days you have to pay for it... so my question is - which ide you are using?
Now for a quite long time im using notepad++ with ftp and debug plugin for php - after configureing it it has also code autocomplite option...

Aptana Studio for works great for me, but IDE's are indvidual, what suits me, may not suit you so choose one that you feel comfortable with even if it means putting your hand in your pocket.

Unsurprisingly, this question pops up quite regularly.

This is also something that comes up a lot... have your searches come up emtpy, or have you not tried searching yet?
