Not Found
The requested URL /videos/ was not found on this server.
What might cause this error, all of a sudden? We have had the same controllers, .htaccess, etc.

Without more information, if this happened out of the blue with no code changes, I always blame the host.
If for some reason there is a dir called /videos/, that might be a problem if you're trying to route to a controller at /videos.
