What's your CMS? And yes you should have URL in both languages, but crawlers should be also aware that this is the same content but in two different languages. So you have to use hreflang attribute.

Yeah I can also recommend duckduckgo, seems to be really good. There is prob some other algorytm to ranck those pages, but we're not aware of that for now lol

I use Chrome, Firefox and Opera Neon. Did you try this one https://www.opera.com/computer/neon ? If so, what you guys think about it? I personallny thought it will be a bit better but I like it still.
