If you know how to configure a vps, try linode or digitalocean. But if you are looking for a shared hosting, try hawkhost, they are cheap and good.

actually composer is not that hard when used in a framework. but the one thing that should be avoided for me just my opinion BTW is to have too many configurations done in composer for initial install...
