well we buy this particular CMS coded on codelgniter an school managment software.

the issue is that we upload all the files and stuff with the proper permissions ,
1- create database
2- we put the correct permissions on the required files
3- we make sure about the owner (uid) etc of the files
all of this is in a cent os dedicated server with cpanel WHM 11.44.0 (build 19) we got all the requirements
curl, etc etc etc
and when i got to the path on the url (mysite.com)
the server give me a error

at first the error was the classic blank page and we upload everything aggain and the "unable to load the requested file: install/index.php" shows
sorry for my english and to explain myself but we trying (and when i refer "WE") is me and my partner trying to figures this out.
