How to activate the debug toolbar?

I don't know if it's the right forum, but very cool the CI4 infobar, only in development mode, of course. I have no idea how it was activated but I liked it.

It's already built in, as long as you run the development environment.

Just press the Flame at the lower right corner, and it will pop up.

CI3 had a "similar tool" as well, but not that extensive.
