debugging "No Script access allowed"! weird

That's a CodeIgniter 3 config file it will not work if you using CodeIgniter 4.

It sounds like that is a CodeIgniter 3 project it will not work with CodeIgniter 4.

You will need to download and use CodeIgniter 3. Or convert it all over to CodeIgniter 4.

that explains why ive been hours fighting on this... like i said kinda new on codeigniter framework
