Why do you need to put a module folder inside another module folder?

Modules are automatically nested at runtime, when you call a module within another module. You don't need to put them inside each other in your folder structure. All modules can be at the modules root folder. So, if your module A calls the module B, and it calls the module C; you can also call start calling the module D, which calls the module B, then by its turn calls the module C. If you put your modules folders nested, you are not only limiting what you can do, but also making the Loader much more complex and making your application very, very slow.

Sibling modules is a bad idea. Forget about it.
