SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input

I am trying to integrate jQuery File Upload (Plugin from https://github.com/blueimp/jQuery-File-Upload) with codeigniter but when i click start then it shows me error
SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input

Please tell me where i am doing mistakes.
