My Initial Thoughts on CI4 - a year-end wrap up

Hi, here is my hello world benchmarks:

In my benchmark environment, CI4 is as fast as CI3.0.3. It is really good starting.

P.S. Scalar type declaration 'string' must be unqualified. Not \string, but just string.
