sending email using code igniter

I changed my security settings for my gmail account to allow less secure apps to send mail, and I changed both addresses to the gmail address. The mail controller works from my MAMP, which I was not expecting. It still isn't working on the go daddy server, but I'm pleased that it works somewhere. Thanks for all of your help. Dankeschen.
