need help for implementig flexigrid with php

Hi
At first i wanna thank for ur work it's a good thing.

I have downloaded the flexigrid from this link

i have changed created the database with country.sql
and i just changed the database params in the runsql function in post2.php and on delete.php

when i open the index.html i have the datagrid shown without any warning or error but the data didn't reload i have always no rows in the table
and it's always showing "Processing, please wait... ""
I have also tried the xml with php but there 's no change...
i tried it on mozilla firefox and on IE 6 and i have the same problem !!!
