We have tried Drupal and Joomla, and now CodeIgniter.

We don't see a trial for ExpressionEngine and wonder if, e.g., this forum code comes as sample content with the basic install of ExpressionEngine.

We need a good starting point and we are newbs to CodeIgniter.
