New first look with each new version sounds nice / fresh..
I think that the only reasonable improvement would be, to make that Welcome page a Tool which would help developers to setup their application like configurator. It can produce a few checks as dir permissions, missing settings or default values, can purpose htaccess and others basic start up ideas.. Best VPS Hosting : Digital Ocean
