documentation upgrade 4.2.12 to 4.3.0

I can't remember where we should report "possible" documentation   suggestions so posting here.

At: https://codeigniter4.github.io/CodeIgnit...e_430.html  under mandatory files spark , "important" sub title it says

CMS CI4     I use Arch Linux by the way
