Templates are one of the kinds of third party addons planned to be managed/assisted by the NetBeans plugin..

To be clear, we are not building any kind of *CodeIgniter* plugin, but instead making it easy to incorporate any of them into your webapp, if using the NetBeans IDE.

CodeIgniter itself is not getting any third party templating package built into it.
