Introducing Quicksnaps - photo gallery app

Greetings friends,

I initially banged this app together when I was first getting to grips with CI. Since then I've added the odd improvement and a bit of spit and polish.

Here are some of the features:
- Automatically resize images and generate thumbnails
- Crop and rotate
- Fully theme-able front end

Sure!

In so far as CI supports it. I didn't use an multibyte string functions, though. Let me know if you're having any UTF8 problems.
