Using offline manual in CodeIgniter 3.X

I downloaded CodeIgniter 3 dev version but I checked the user guide and its not having the same file system like the one in CodeIgniter 2 which can be easily opened up in the browser. So how can I use CodeIgniter 3 offline User Guide?
