Aren't you a too demanding? :-D I think on youtube will be again many such kinds videos from fans so don't worry.
For CI 2 I have like http://code.tutsplus.com/series/codeigni...-net-17602 and when use google I'm sure you can find much more good tutorials.

Yep i got too many videos of the past version of codeigniter! There is lots of changed since the CI 2.0 version ! And I know there will be a huge changes in 3.x . So, it would be better if officials provides a documentation as well as video! It might help my students to learn it easily.

Any video tutorials are likely to come from the community, and not from the CI team itself ... there are only so many hours in a day!
