Struck on sending a correct email

Hi guys,


When I set $config['crlf']="\r\n", I dont see "=" characters appearing in my emails. However it introduces "=?utf-8?Q?" characters when the subject exceeds 75 characters.

And when I set $config['crlf']="\n", I dont see the "=?utf-8?Q?" characters upon exceeding 75 characters however "=" starts appearing the email body.

Please help me solve this problem.
