http://cibonfire.com/ is not a cms but a complete starter kit for CI ( i think it is updated for CI3)

fuelcms also is nice cms built on CI,

personally i like nocms, it works with CI (i think so ) .

It seems that fuelcms is not in the version 3. But Bonfire is, I'm going to test for it !

@kenjis, I think Hoosks admin is non-intuitive for customers. But it support bootstrap in native mode !

It seems the makers of FuelCMS are planning a CI 3 version http://www.getfuelcms.com/blog/2015/06/0...3-released
