CI 3 + locally Nikto scan result

Dear, All.

I'm new to CI, especially CI 3. I also new to web security issues.
I built a self-learning project in my localhost. I tested it with nikto, but I can't understart/read the output. Please see my attachement below and give me some advices.

Is there any way you can upgrade your PHP ?

Donot waste your time on ci3 migrate to ci4 its  easy and fast
