[split] Query builder (not ORM)

What about query builder(not orm)?
is this same like current query builder? or will be new?
If Ci team not going to make package like ORM,Template engine
Than it's must have option for strong integration with other packages like twig,smarty etc

Still to early to tell. I imagine the Query Builder will be very similar, but this part hasn't really been discussed in that much detail yet.

Likely no ORM, but again, too early to tell.

Definitely to template engine, but there has been talk about looking into how easy we can make integrating third-party template engines.
