Caching in codeigniter

Hi my just friends....

for caching pages in codeigniter I'm using this command :

$this->output->cache();

and caching worked prefectly, but when I refresh the browser with (( CTRL+F5 )), that page is damaged and not show anything in the page....

can anyone help me?
