CI4 event listener

#1
I need to do something more than the usual with ci4 event listener,  unfortunately it did not work. and I was too lazy to extend the class on my own, I checked github and found this listener Lib https://github.com/slince/event
So I was thinking if the ci4 Dev team might think of using this as a replacement for the current. It's simple with a little tiny feature better than that of the current ci4 listener.

Let us know what problem you were having and we might be able to help you out. Simply recommending a third-party package with no reason why is not going to convince us. Smile
