Clear Codeigniter libraries

Hello, i have to remove a libraries under system directory as "Image_Lib" Javascript folder because i must have a clear Codeigniter for Fortify scan.

It's possible remove ?

What kind of message are you getting? Yes it is possible but why would you want to touch the core system files? What CI version are you using?

Because my customer after scanning with Fortify some libraries of Codeigniter not is secure!!
