Hmmm - I just checked the analytics, and the site has had 8 million visits in the last 30 days, with no outages.
Where are you visiting from? Is your ISP somehow blocking the site?

That IP address belongs to CloudFlare (our CDN), and is not CodedIgniter's.
We are not privy to whatever dispute they might have with the Russian government, and are not in a position to change anything. Bottom line: the situation is bryond our control, and some of the other suggestions in this thread might be more helpful. |
