Has anyone been able to make this logger work? 

I have installed the Chrome extension, enabled the Logger in app/Config/Logger, logged a message  (i can see it in the log file of the FileHandler), but nothing in the chrome console?

It is broken. A bug issue has been submitted to the GitHub repo. Might be awhile before the fix gets made, but it will get fixed.
