HTTP/3 Support

Hi all,
First time poster, long time CI user.
All the proxies I use in my modern development workflow these days support HTTP3/QUIC natively now, and I'm being recommended to implement it by everybody I work with.
Is HTTP3/QUIC something on the roadmap for CodeIgniter 4?

We think CI 4.3.0 is ready for HTTP3.
If there is something wrong, please file a bug report or send a PR to fix it.
