It's a joke with full of falsy statements and outdated information. I can't take a similar post seriously if it mentions FuelPHP, it was basically abandoned 5-6 years ago. Regarding CodeIgniter it's the same copy pasted info just like in every other article without highlighting any new features of CI 4 (except CSP)...
I get this Kinsta.com page regularly on my Google Discover feed too, inspite I always hide it... Big Grin
