Cloudways (https://www.cloudways.com/en/php-cloud-hosting.php ) is a great option. If you use it with Envoyer for auto deployment, you can save a lot of time. It is basically a managed platform, which means you get pre-built and configured stack. The server management is provider's responsibility.
