You might want to upgrade to 1.7.2 - just on the off-chance. There's been (at least) 45 new lines inserted since whatever version you're using. It's possible this was a bug that has already been squashed. Certainly you'd want to prove it exists on the current version before investigating further, or reporting it to EL.

1.7.2 doesn't show this issue.
Should've thought about that before i started unloading it on the forum.
