I spent most of my time listening to Spotify songs on my computer after work. I now downloaded Spotify songs, so I can manage them better as I want.

I would better count the few little hours... i'm NOT on a computer.
As for others among us, 127.0.0.1 is called "Home" for a good reason.

I try to limit my screen time to 7 hours per day, with additional 1 hour for phones and other devices. Weekends, it is limited to max 1 hour per day

Hah when I became Salesforce consultant I started spending 8-10 hours in working days and after around 4 hours on weekends. Hope, I'll have more spare time
