Foreign Characters in xmlrpc->send_error_message('',''); doesn't work.
If i pass this string "Jag är ledsen, men det har blivit fel gär någonstans" in the second argument it will trigger an error...

It works great if I do not use äåö in the error message... I'm not sure this is a big issue since I have all my code in english but I just thought it would be nice if it worked.
