I would try reinstalling Code Igniter and see if that fixes it. Other than that, I'm at a loss.

reinstall Code Igniter is with extract again from the file that i download, than i just put folder that i extract to the directory that i run php right?

i've seen this happen a couple of times on the forum.
mysterious problem with code that *should* just work.
reinstalling fresh CI fixes problem.
