CI & AJAX Tutorials? - El Forum - 10-14-2008

Are there any posted tutorials on how to best practices for CI & AJAX to work together? There are many different techniques I've found in the Wiki, posts, etc. but I'm trying to find the best practice from a design perspective in using Controllers for AJAX requests, rather than full page URL requests.
All suggestions and tips, greatly appreciated.
