i meant, as all u guys know CI use html to show all the datas passed by controllers ,and i wanna know that,if i what to build a flash website, can CI make it?

Flash is binary (compiled) by nature...but you can certainly use CI to power a Flash based page. Generate XML to feed the flash, pass in parameters through the HTML etc. etc.
