If you go through the list you will find a reasonably long list of responses to this question. I use phpdesigner as my IDE of choice as it handles everything very well. Others have their preferences and I tried a few of these but at the end of the day it all boils down to picking one and sticking to it to learn it. :coolsmile: help setting up an IDE - El Forum - 04-03-2009 [eluser]boony[/eluser] Oh, and as far as setting up the CI environment just go through the user guide and the basic tutorials and you will soon be off and running. I found that it was all a bit of a steep learning curve at first but a very short one. In that by carefully reading the user guide, following the video tutes and especially reading the forum topics I was able to get it all together with a minimum of fuss. I LUV CI ![]() |
