I can't confirm if the times are synced because we have so many users... we're still having loss of session issues.
However, I have narrowed down the problem to places where I have REDIRECT(). I have tried using 'location' as well as 'refresh' but that doesn't help.
It's so strange that it only affects about 20% of my users.
