I am looking for a virtual private hosting.
- Low Bandwidth
- Low Data storage
- High reliability
- if possible, low budget
I only want to run a text-instant-messaging application server written in Java, nothing else.
Any suggestions?

I have used Servint www.servint.com for the last few years. I HIGHLY reccomend them to anyone needing a private server. Don't know if they would be the best fit for you, but I pay in the $90 a month for my private server. Best customer service I've ever experienced in a web host. Def. worth a look in my opinion.
