what i should do when installation is complete , where is the admin part of engine?
i cant find any info , I'm sorry my English not good enough , to read all wiki ,
and video-tutor may be very useful , but it is *.mov (i hate the mac player)
is anywhere video in any other format please
or piece of advise from community

Hello creo,
As Mikhael already said, CI is a framework. It is not a file you have to execute.
After installing you can go to your favourite web browser and open de url "http://localhost/CodeIgniter_1.5.3" (depending on the version you use).
You must have running a web server (i.e. Apache).
