NetBeans for my PHPing.
I have just started CI and I will just use that.
Google will give trick for AutoComplete. It have some palette to help developing HTML

In Komodo Edit if you hit Command (Mac) while hovering over a color, you get a nice hex color picker.

I've been using Aptana with the old PHP plugin, and I like it. Not sure why they stopped supporting it. I don't recommend the PDT version.
