Dear Users,
im going to develop a ticketing system for my office that behave like this:
- Query OR Email From Client -> Our Tick Sytem
- Forwarding Query to related team
- Resolving the issue
- Update the query and reply
So basically this is an idea which i need to be implement in CI.
Any idea about you all which help me and any reference website that give me support I want to develop it in Codeigniter.
Also im gonna ask you that if i need to develop a small web apps which run on iphone,so can i develop this web app for iphone on my windows OS ? i mean any frame work which support for this development on window and then i make my testing on any emulator like opera mini...
Please give a suggestion?
