Yah, you'd want to make sure a basic PHP script worked, then we'd work from there perhaps being a little more specific as to what is wrong.
And n0xie, you have to stop being so rough with your crystal balls, they were bound to break eventually.

I run a CentOS5-server and it works fine.
It should be harder to get it running on a windows-machine than on CentOS.
Have you pressed the Power-button and started the server?
