Thanks eokorie for informing me
Now I will not do such mistake..,
CodeIgniter is very nice and good working in compare to other frame works,
But this is only one drawback. Even Some of my portals have too many sub directories. (Which is necessary to generate)
But then it become very complex. So This is one of the big drawback of it.
CodeIgniter should have to provide some easiest way to generate multiple sub-directory as much as user want..
I hope in future version there will be some good and easy way to handle this.
