Wow. After a forum search for 'skype' came up with nothing, I somehow opened a rip in Time to permit the inclusion of whole new worlds within Google, like:
http://www.google.com/search?q=skype+api
Now I just can't figure out how to make YouTube with CI. Anyone tell me how I'd do that?
