I'm newbie in this forum, and I'm wondering if anyone have a simple guide to config a basic project correctly with codeIgniter framework in Zend Studio (7) without getting warnings, publishing php file settings for apache, and things like that...

What features are you seeking? Sure you need to convert the site to zend..?
My advice: Build the next site using zend and keep this one in CI.
