Hi,
I think that there's a mistake into the User Guide.
It's about this page http://ellislab.com/codeigniter/user-guide/general/common_functions.html
and the "is_really_writable()" function.
Quote:is_writable() returns TRUE on Windows servers when you really can't write to the file as the OS reports to PHP as FALSE only if the read-only attribute is marked.
Do you actually mean "is_writable()" at the beginning of this sentence (like the php function) or "is_really_writable" like the CodeIgniter function ?
