What version of CI are you using, and what does the email debugging show if you enable it?

You might try replacing the Email library with a file from a fresh download - 1.7.1 has all of the bugfixes and improvements for that library, but your file might be out of sync.

And what about the email debugging output? And are you testing in classic Yahoo Mail or their newer service (don't recall if they still refer to it as Beta or not).

Logan, those are old, and do not reflect the current code base. I'm happy to help, but you'll need to follow my lead please.

1) Try Email.php from the current version, 1.7.2.
2) Which version of Yahoo Mail are you testing in?
3) What is the output when you enable Email Debugging?

Thanks Logan - can you try with Yahoo Mail instead of Yahoo Mail Classic? I don't think that Yahoo Mail Classic, which is no longer being actively developed by Yahoo, properly supports quoted-printable multipart emails. We do not use the Classic version as a target for compatibility.
